In Borania many people who want to quit smoking wear nicotine skin patches, which deliver small doses of nicotine through the skin.

问题：题目中说equally expensive，为什么还选D呢？这不是有点自相矛盾么？为什么不选A？

区分price of patches and price of a prescription
A 是weaken,那些想戒烟又觉得贴片好用的人都已经戒严了，那么谁还来买呢？
