If a certain grove consists of 36 pecan trees, what was the yield per tree last year?

1) The yield per tree for the 18 trees in the northern half of the grove was 60 kilograms last year.

2) The yield per tree for the 18 trees in the eastern half of the grove was 55 kilograms last year.

第二道题：

Solution Y is 30 percent liquid X and 70 percent water. If 2 kilograms of water evaporate from 8 kilograms of solution Y and 2 kilograms of solution Y are added to the remaining 6 kilograms of liquid, what percent of this new solution is liquid X?

第一个选E吧
我觉得可以这么理解~
你画一个正方形，然后分成四块~
条件1是说在北面的占整个树林的一半得那些树的产量~
条件2说在东面的那半~
条件一，不知道南面这边一半产量多少，不能算平均
条件二，不知道西面一半是多少，不能算平均
条件1+条件2 四个小方块中的西南角这块依旧不知道，还是不能算平均

第二题
8kg的Y 根据比例可以计算得有2.4kg的X 5.6kg的water
evaporate掉2kg的water之后，就是2.4kg的x 3.6kg的water
add的2kg 的Y里面，含有0.6的X 1.4的water
要计算现在混合之后的
就是（2.4+0.6）/(3.6+1.4)=3/5
楼上上的3/8怎么算出来的我的答案对不对

I really appreciate your participation. But your answer of the second question is incorrect. The correct answer is 3/8 for sure.

liquid x 最后一共是2.4+0.6=3
最后一共的溶液质量是8-2+2=8
所以最后的ratio就是3/8
