D选项 OG上的解释是：
The backward description of the events behind the announcement of factory closings is confusing and awkward。。完全看不懂。。。

这是事情发展的顺序
而D是price plunge-->oversupply-->cut production
就叫backward description

可是这并不影响啊。D项说的是plunging prices from an oversupply，说明顺序还是先oversupply再有的plunging prices,与A项无差的。
