如果1级是1的话，那么2级就是10，3级就是100.。类推

8级就是1x10^7 3级是1x10^2 除一下就是 10^5次吧？

就是说有一个度量，是用来衡量一个事件的强度。读数 n+1 表示它的强度是 n 的10倍（然后 n+2 就是 n+1 的十倍)
现在问你 8级的强度是 3级的几倍
