只看B好了，they指代有没有问题？究竟指elderly people,40 percent of elderly people,还是affluent countries困惑已久的问题了，谢谢

根据后面的their判断应该指的是人

不清楚LZ有啥好纠结的
就是指代前面的40 percent of elderly people who live independently in affluent countries么
