Current job:

Supply Chain Analyst with the headquarters of a global fortune 500 located
in the Mid South in the US. Msc from a top 15 school with 2 years of industry experiences in the US.

New job opportunity:

Senior Sourcing Analyst with a top 10 consulting firm in Shanghai. ( Unfortunately, the base salary is local standard and is less than half of what I am making now in the US)

刚过25岁，觉得美国的500强工作有些单调。如果说我在2年左右的目标是top15 MBA, 我应该现在接受上海的机会回国吗？有朋友说从国内申请比国外申请难？
本周末要做一个决定，谢谢大家。

个人意见：不回来。
1、在米国，你的同事和领导或客户，会遇到不少可以给你写推荐信的；
2、拿到绿卡，你就是那边的pool，相对大陆申请者有优势，你不需要拼GT的分数；
3、米国的salary那么高，可以cover以后mba的很多费用。
另：申mba要写cg，这个你可以自己考虑下，哪个方向是你未来需要的。

consulting的analyst未必比industry的有优势

别回来。本科毕业经验太少，工资上不去。坚持住，再工作2年。
