怪问题来了。。。
if you are the executive director of your company, tell me two changes you would like to bring to your organization and how are you planning to do so?
tell an example of a mistake at work and how you fixed it
tell me two business leaders that demonstrated an executive leadership
how to solve conflicts when working with team members at Tippie
tell an example in which you had two directions to choose and both were legal. which one did you choose and why?
还有几个 想不起来了。昨晚11点开始的 弄了45分钟 哈困 面完就直接睡觉了 睡醒了就想起这些了。想起来再补充吧

不过面试lady很nice～所以不是很紧张

想提醒大家的是 对自己工作上的一些经历或者小故事 面试前一定要准备好 因为昨晚大部分问题都是让我谈工作经历的 还好老衲之前想了好多这些小例子

面试官说下周他们招生办么人 都跑出去招生了。。。。囧
让我在等一周可能有消息。。。

5月12日电话面试，今天受到了录取通知，现在把我的面试经过贴出来供大家参考。

首先熟悉自己的简历，essay。电话面试的好处是可以把相关资料放在面前。我收集到了所有能找到的面试问题：

1. Give a brief introduction about yourself.
2. Why MBA, why this moment?
3. Why IOWA?
4. Why IOWA should admit me? What can I benefit the school?
5. What kind members you expect from the learning group at our school? why?
6. Describe your career progress
7. Leadership experience
8. What kind of leader you like most and what kind of leader you don’t like most.
9. Describe a typical workday.
10. Team work experience
11. My career goal
12. What were your most important successes?  
13. What is your most important failure?
14. How to understand leadership
15. Questions about IOWA
16. How would friends describe you?
17. How would your boss (or colleagues) describe you?
18. What are your weaknesses?
19. What are your strengths?
20. What attributes would your ideal job include?
21. What kind of team member you like most and you don’t like most? When you have a team member you don’t like in the group, how will you treat him?
22. How did you resolve conflicts in your team?
23. If you plan to organize an activity, what will you design?
24. How did you persuade your boss to accept your idea?
25. How do you spend your leisuretime? (Hobbies)

面试时遇到的问题果然没有逃出我的预料，分别是2，4，11，14，15，16，25。同时还有两个问题就是需要把我的工作经历说说，问我是如何从技术背景转换成市场和销售的。这部份与简历相关。

总之，只要作好准备，照着念就行了，这就是电话面试的好处。
