我选了A， 理解为什么A 不对。 commentator都已经说哩如果大家都遵守理论就没有交易可言了.事实上，都是有交易存在的。所以前提应该是No country actually acts according to the theory of trade retaliation（没有一个国家是真的实行交易报复理论）， 不然就没有交易可言了。。。。作者: williams 时间: 2010-9-18 19:41
