说这道题是矛盾题，在A和B之间选择，可是前面的主语不是costs(复数)吗？应该不能用it指代吧？

我问为啥还要选A 呢？ costs不是复数么？为什么还能选It做代词的选项呢？是不是我理解有什么问题？？？

这道题后面的补出主谓也应该是those did 吧？？或者 those had done???为什么xdf还在A中犹豫呢？？
