While I feel that I received an excellent education at UConn, so far I have not had a single job offer and I have not been certain that the time and effort was worth the end result; it may seem more worth it to me in the future but only time will tell. -- Marketing
Great Administration and program. Wonderful experiential learning accelerators and Student Managed fund. -- Finance
Excellent faculty, learning environment, and storng alumni network. -- Finance
Good value for the money, small enough program that you get individual attention, good camradarie among students. -- Marketing作者: s 时间: 2010-8-9 16:43
I enjoyed my time in the program and feel that it has a lot of strong programs and learning experiences to offer. However, I feel the program is still growing and that the UConn name will not benefit my friends as much as some other schools. -- Finance
The UConn MBA program provides a great education at a great value. I am very satisfied and happy with the level of education I received and look forward to future connection with the school through my participation as an alum. -- Marketing
The University of Connecticut offers an opportunity which combines location, network, and small class size that many other schools do not offer. Especially, for a Finance student, the location and network of UConn is set up for success in locating a job in this region. -- Finance
Range of options for experiential learning. Great opportunities for gain experience during the MBA working with small local businesses. Supportive corporate network. -- Operations
UConn offers incredible value for the money. Through a graduate assistantship, I had tuition waived and therefore graduate debt free. -- Finance
A UConn MBA provides a a great ROI for someone who wants to stay in or around CT post-graduation. You can't beat the tuition at UConn and/or the opportunity to have a full-scholarship through a graduate assistantship which offers tuition, health insurance and a modest stipend in exchange for 10 hrs a week of work. -- Marketing作者: s 时间: 2010-8-9 16:44
The marketing department has some of outstanding professors and the school gives us a lot of assistant job opportunities with tuition waiver. So if someone wants to have a marketing major and can get the tuition waiver, it's really an excellent place to study. -- Marketing
If you are an International student thinking about making a career switch by doing MBA at UConn, this may not be place for you. Also, Career Center here is very bad, they don't know anything about how to get international students placed and they have no special programs to address the issue. -- Finance
One of the reasons why I think the University of Connecticut MBA program stands above the rest is the experiential learning opportunities, including edgelab, the Financial Accelerator, and the Innovation Accelerator. -- Marketing作者: s 时间: 2010-8-9 16:44
The career services office had a complete turnover during my two years at UCONN and I feel that my class felt the effects of this turnover. -- Finance
The career services office was virtually non-existant our entire second year, so placement for the graduates of 2008 was very low. -- Marketing
I feel that UConn offers a solid MBA experience but if you are looking to work outside CT or MA, be prepared to manage your own internship/job search. -- Marketing
