The school also makes use of Adobe Connect for class conferencing; a new school wide information kiosk system for event communication; and a new SunGard Banner installation for student information, bursar and registrar functions. The wired and wireless infrastructure of the school is continually upgraded, and efforts continue to make specialized software packages used in the curriculum available to students via remote access. The school has made major classroom renovations, with an upgrade of 7 of our case style instructional rooms with all new instructional technology. Finally, a major upgrade of the Management and Economics Library has opened a new flexible "learn lab" for information instruction. SCHOOL COMMENTS
School Comments:
In Fall 2009, Krannert implemented a revised curriculum geared toward providing a more personalized education, more experiential learning, more time for student-faculty collaboration, and increased opportunities for global study trips and projects. The curriculum maintains a strong core across functional areas to give a students solid grounding in each area as well as ability to integrate disciplines for effective management. The curriculum expands experiential learning opportunities through consulting projects and projects connected to global study trips.作者: s 时间: 2010-8-4 16:17
Given Purdue's quality of education, and their willingness to give scholarships, I would absolutely encourage enrollment. - Information Technology
It is the best value for your money. Outstanding faculty, ample networking and leadership building opportunities, close knit student family, high level of student - faculty interaction. - Operations
Purdue has very good reputation in Korea, especailly because of its strong engineering fields. So, it is well known to many manufacturing companies like Samsung Electronics and Hyundai Motor Company. So, if any Koreans have engineering background and want MBA degree, I think Krannert School is one of best options. - Finance
Relatively low living expenses but good living condition is a good reason to choose Purdue. You can find everywhere very friendly people who are willing to help international students. - Finance作者: s 时间: 2010-8-4 16:17
I recommend Krannert for the small class size, facilities, faculty, quality of involvement available to students, exposure to top companies in all fields, up and coming school, best quantative focus and business understanding - Marketing
I came into business school with a very good idea of what I wanted to do and very small list of employers in which I was interested in working for. I obtained offers from the two at the top of my list. I really believe that I am walking away with a great group of friends/network. - Consulting作者: s 时间: 2010-8-4 16:17
The professors, access to the University and extracurriculars were excellent, as well as many opportunities for hands-on application of the academics. The quality of my education and business school experience in the program matched or exceeded that of fellow interns from top schools (Duke, UIC, Harvard). - Entrepreneurship
Good value for money. Solid faculty members & solid instructional methodology. Placements and success in the program largely depends on how you best make use of opportunities.--Consulting
The program was less expensive, generous in financial assistance (scholarship, assistantship), and had great faculty, excellent experiential learning opportunities, and strong employer relations.-- Finance作者: myice 时间: 2010-8-4 20:28
