这是一篇很好的文章，当时在写leadership的时候看了好几遍，是1998年Harvard review上面的

非常有启发的一篇文章，压箱底的资料之一，翻出来贡献给大家

Abstract: Effective leaders possess a high degrees of emotional intelligence. Along with IQ and technical skills, emotional capabilities are the enry-level requirements for executive positions. Emotional intelligence is playing an important role at the highest levels fo the company, andis often linked to exceptional performace. Social skill is another key component to successful management.
