看到B觉得就是答案了，再看到C，立刻昏倒，无法排除B，我理解了下，就算B这样的情况的话，还是可以节省一些不必要的procedures？

umm...GMAC的CR思路一般都是要*直接*跟passage中的*推理過程*有關
B是無關
那個procedures對patients怎樣, 那個company不care, 它只關心the cost

因为题干中说了付款的条件是if the procedure is first approved as “medically
necessary” by a company-appointed review panel，而B说医生常开procedures that are
helpful but not altogether necessary,既然是not necessary，这个公司自然不会付款，所
以医生开不开B中所说的这类药方都与公司的利益无关。
