根据我对答案的阅读, D选项指的是对题干的解释,解释为什么可以KEEP PEACE,
而B选项为什么不能作为,用伴随状语来解释这个愿意in

proclaiming的逻辑主语从语法上看应该是games吧。但是显然逻辑意思不通。

festival's month好像没有这样的说法

而且B没有表达出因果关系

B不对的原因在于如果要用proclaiming 那么逻辑主语就是句子的主语那就是奥利匹

克明显停战的协议这个动作不可能是由奥林匹克发出的

另外，这道题目的知识点实在是TMD多啊，应该引起重视：

1, in that已经stilted and overly formal，所以out of use.
2, 连接两个句子，后句解释前句的时候，用for连接是the most appropriate choice.
3, Festival ’s month is an awkward and imprecise use of the possessive; during the month of the festival is clearer.

所以看OG真是很仔细的总结才对。
