答案是C，可我觉得it was five years ago 很不好！首先it指代不明，且was加时间逻辑不对，这不是典型的比较错误项么？是不是答案错误啊！！我觉得选A吧

A"making the construction industry’s economic health much more robust than
five years ago"
is ambigous. compare action? or compare results?

C is clear. "It" refers to "construction industry's economic health". what else can "it" refer to?

还是不太理解，就算是it指代明确，可construction industry's economic health和时间的关系也不能用be来连接吧，逻辑不通啊？
