我认为B不对。关于which includes和including的区别，我还是比较清楚的，就是前者不能指代整个句子。但是这道题中which以前根本就不是句子，而且从句意上讲就应该指代人口，应该用which includes而不是including。请NN指教。

我说两句：
第一，GMAT里没有最佳最准确答案，但一定有一个相对来说是最佳的选项；一定要矬子里拔将军
第二，不要太死抠我们中学和大学的语法，不适用于GMAT。。。在这里including 和which includes是一样的。

我还是认为B是答案

本人非NN，解题思路如下：
and 和 as well/also重复，排除ACE
being错排除D
所以选B
个人认为which includes和Including在这道题中没有错,可互换

这题用which includes 和including 都没错
问题出在其他方面
