答案选C，但C中stinger本身怎么能导致一个事实呢？所以，我选了E。

首先結構上 the act of sting causing 是錯的我們排除A和D
其次你說的沒錯阿這題是選E
C的話你看看這樣的格式 A results in B。A 諾是動作就可以，如果A是個名詞的話，九部能這麼說。
D的話記住AS 和 WITH不可以同時使用

D的话,我觉得result in the acting of ...causing,有点太片面了,原句应该是强调事实整体,而不是只是一个动作,另外,it的指代会有一些歧义

with 哪有加个that从句的
