(1)The peaks of a mountain range, acting like rocks in a streamed, produce ripples in the air flowing over them;the resulting flow pattern, with (stationary creats and troughs although they are formed by rapidly moving air,is) know as "standing waves".
Choice E uses the correct verb form,(is) ,but it incorrectly introduces a dependent adverbial (although) clause into a predicates of full clauses.
Such dependent clauses can only occur in the predicates of full clauses.
能帮忙解释一下这个语言点,是什么意思呢?
(2)Despite protects from some waste-disposal companies, state health officials have ordered (that the levels of bacteria in seawater at popular beaches be measured and the results) published.
这里是不是少了一个be,难道不是应该the results be published?

(1)我给你搞糊涂了,原来OG上是这样说的:Choice E uses the correct verb form,(is) ,but it incorrectly introduces a dependent adverbial (although) clause into a prepositinal phrase (with crests....) 而不是你说的into a predicates of full clauses
意思是说在with介词短语后面不能引导一个独立的ALTHOUGH状语从句。
(2)平行结构中后面助动词可以省略作者: zyh79 时间: 2002-10-14 09:23
