E，more的位置产生歧义，不知是更多的cars还是更省油

看主题根据more,as等修饰的形容词做判断，此句主题是 “fuel-efficient ”，什么是省油的呢，那只有"small car"是省油的符合逻辑，所以前后比较对象应是small car而非其他
