这题好像也见过, 不过错了. . . 答案E

我做的时候排除了B，因为觉得which 修饰什么不明确。

A错在将United States cities和the city作比较
B：which 指代最近的前一个名词，即the United Stated。但是原句中的意思应该是指代river.还有就是第二个分句应以'the river' 开头(instead of 'in san antonio the river...')
C还是比较错误。将'the river...'与'san antonio'作比较
D改变句意了，把'no longer'这个意思丢掉了

我的理解是这样的~仅供参考哈~

学习了，原来B的句型要必须放在绝对的开头。
