(1) n + 1 is divisible by 3.

(2) n > 20

(1) n + 1 是3的倍数 , 则n=2,5,8……,带入 ,则r=0 ,故充份
(2) n>20 , n=21,22,23…. ,带入 ,则r=3,6……,所以不充份
