我觉得后面那半句是讲他“he”嘲笑的艺术世界中的一个现象不知道对不对啊~~ 请教请教！

任何有他名字的东西
which在这里我觉得是指代 art world

some critics have argued that he was just laughing at the art world, which was willing to pay outrageous sums for anything with his name on it, and clearly, a drawing can be executed in a short period of time.
这句话的上下文里都在说drawing（这里没贴出来）。
我觉得that he was just laughing at the art world是大家对于毕加索的drawing的评价，而which was willing to pay outrageous sum for anythingxxx是对前面that从句的解释，其实就是在说drawing。
