A选项but将两个句子分成两个并列句，而but后面的if从句就没有主句，所以A选项不行，
D选项的which include 感觉没有 inculding简洁，
还有是if从句的主句的动词是一般将来时，所以后面的分句也应该用一般式
C选项里面的would be trimed out 的时态不对
