标题: OG 170e 为什么错? [打印本页]

OG 170e. Although early soap operas aired on evening radio first in the 1920’s, they were moved to the 1930’s in the daytime hours when the evening schedule became crowded with comedians and variety shows.

Can you NNs tell me what's wrong with the above sentence? Why should it be eliminated without hesitation?

OG says: "[it] drops were before aired and finishes the sentence with two prepositional phrases that distort the meaning."

首先,前半句话少了 “were”   soap operas 不能自己上演自己,应该用被动。 后半句话:they were moved to the 1930’s in the daytime hours 的意思变成了 "在白天的时候,它们移到了30年代"。 注意mover to 的介宾。
