这个题中path为什么用单数，OG上的解释不太懂，请牛人解释下：while individual Neanderthals may well have followed diff erent paths, this sentence is about the single evolutionary path taken by Neanderthals as a species.

个人觉得OG说的挺好的
它们经历的是同一条path阿
如果用paths不就是说它们经历不同的path了么

不知道这么说行不行啊..
