Thus it appears that people consuming aspartame rather than sugar are unlikely to achieve their dietary goals.”

1、high levels of aspartame 如何如何,但是没有给出如果进食少量的例子
2、consumed after at least 45 minutes of continuous exercise ,如何如何,但是没有给出其它时间段的测试
