条件2，7个被选出来的数是连续的。
那么他们的余数必是0、1、2、3、4、5、6。所以余数和是可以求出来的。因此条件2）是充分的。

条件1，7个数的余数的极差是6。就是说这7个数被7除之后，，最大的余数减最小的余数为6。
那么可以确定的是最大的余数必定是6，最小的余数必定是0。但是其余的5个余数，有可能有相等的，也有可能是1、2、3、4、5。所以是无法确定的。所以条件1不充分。

所以答案是B。
