选D OG 的解释就是and作为连词连接的句子主语要相同,and后为she,所以前面的句子主语也要是她.and 与 but 在这上面的性质不是一样的吗?

第一题中，but连接的是两个独立的句子，各自有独立的SVO。
第二题中and所连接的两个句子，后面那个句子的she已经明确了前面句子的subject应该就是she所指代的，所以这两个句子S相同。
and与but所连接的两个句子主语是否相同，关键还得服从逻辑意思。

按照你的意思是and she 中的she 就只能是指代前一句的主语?
辩护律师那道题又是什么逻辑意思使前后两句的主语可以不同

抛开这道题目本身不说
but作为连接句子的连词 连个句子的主语当然可以不一样
I am a boy, but you are a girl. 就是个完全正确的句子
赫赫 hope it helps
不过这道题倒是个很有意思的题目

this compound sentence would be most clearly expressed if J B were the subject of the forst clause since she is the subject of the second clause.
这里没有说and 前后主语要一致，而是说，如果一致，表达最有效
