5.Why do you want to work in VC?
6.Are you aware how difficult it is to get in? What are you going to do about it?
7.Tell me about a time when you had significant impact on your organisation 

8.Do you have any questions? 

Very relaxed and loose atmosphere, after the formal part of the interview, my interviewer said we can relax and have an informal chat about Stanford and the prospects it gives - this was very helpful and I learned a lot of interesting things about the school
