if water is leaking from a certain tank at a constant rate of 1200 milliliters perhour, how many seconds does it take for 1 milliliter of water to leak from the tank?

a. 1/3

b. 1/2

c. 2

d. 3

e. 20

The answer is C. My choice is D. Because it takes 3600 seconds (1hour) for 1200 mls of water to leak, it follows that it will take 3 seconds for 1 ml of water to do so.
