They should still be able to put in a good word for you in their native

language in whichever way that they're most comfortable with.  You can help them by

finding them translators and assisting them with submitting the final write-ups.

I find this diffecult

Money is not the thing here.

Harvard made this process extreme diffecult for expats who happen to have Chinese

boss.

It will speak to your leadership, how do you rally people around you and

motivate them to perform difficult tasks for you even when they don't have to?
