on a recent trip,Cindy drove her car 290 miles,rounded to the nearest 10 miles,and used 12 gallons of gasoline,rounded to the nearest gallon.The actual number of miles per gallon that Cindy's car got on this trip must have been between?
答案是：284/12.5 and 295/11.4
可是按照round四舍五入不是应为285/12.4 and 294/11.5？

129题选d, 285/12.5 to 295/11.5

rounded to the nearest gallon是后置定语修饰前面的，就是说四舍五入到1 gallon.
问题是说车的每mile耗油量是多少，就是根据四舍五入的范围算个极限

难道between 是代表一个开区间吗？不过貌似没有别的解释了。

明白了答案是between 不能等于，所以就是最小值 284/12.5, 最大值就是295/11.4 这样就是开区间
