I think it is not necessary to be a weakness. Your recommender could write
anything he/she thinks you should adapt to in order to make you a more effective
team member, or a productive business development manager to engage clients, or
more successful employee in general.
It could be anything as long as that thing your recommender picks up doesn't "hurt"
you too much. (damage control)
Two cents.
Well...best case scenario....your recommender's comments coincide with what you
want to develop. Then it'll show that you are insightful, and reflect often. You
will also have the upper hand, and respond already to what might seem like a
negative question.
In real, like in my situation, I really have no control of what the recommender is
going to write. I just have to hope for the best, and I don't have much for them to
pick on.
