A 中虽然主动的好，但是为什么用owns 呢？ three out of every four automobile owners 是复数吧

简化了不就成了owners own a bicycle?????起码应该是bicycles吧？
C虽然改变了原句的顺序而且被动等等问题，但至少是个正确句子吧？
