Round 1 for 2010 admission / Alumnus / off-campus 

The interviewer is very nice and the interview lasted about 35 minutes. I do feel I made a good performance, though there were some small errors.

The questions I was asked during the interview:

-          Walk me through your resume

-          If you lead a 5-man team, what background do you seek?

-          Why MBA?

-          Why Duke?

-          Short-term and long-term career goal?

-          How do you teach a new teammate things to bring him up to speed?

-          How do your teammates describe you?

-          How do you plan to contribute in Duke?

-          Why did you pick your subject in college?

-          If there is one thing you could have done differently at college, what would it be?

-          Tell me one thing you are proud of?

          I told him one of my biggest achievements. I described the situation and the actions I took. He then followed up with some details in one of actions I chose to take.

-          What do you do in your free time?

          I mention traveling as one of my hobbies. He then followed up with where I have been to.

-          What question do you want to ask?
