请问讨论余数是否只牵扯正数？比如：-6除以5余多少？
另外是不是被除数必须比除数大才考虑余数？
比如：2除以3余几？

1 偶觉得-6除以5应该余-1.因为余数应该能表示成被除数=除数*商+余数的形式
而-6=(-1)*5+(-1)
但是刚才和一起自习的同学讨论了一哈觉得被除数不应该为负数
但也找不到此类严格的定义
其实余数的起源就是有形的一堆东西按数量分堆甩下几个单余数就是几,余数和被除数和除数都不应该为负
GMAT的题里也没有遇到过这种题

I happen to read some tutorial about this yesterday. The rule is to take out all negative signs and get the remainder, then add the negative (if any) sign of the 被除数, don't worry about sign of 除数.
e.g.,
-6/5 remainder is -1.
-6/-5 remainder is -1.
6/5 remainder is 1.
6/-5 remainder is 1.
