我认为解题点是,premature and irrelevant ,选项the logically prior issue,应该与前面提到的ease of use, called user-friendliness无关,才能印证作者认为premature and irrelevant的观点。

当CONSUMERS买东西的时候, 如果他们认为对于他们而言没有足够的理由(OR USERAGES)去花钱一样商品的时候,即使商品被宣传的再好,一般CONSUMERS也不会去买.
