请问D为什么不对,我认为erosion, prehistoric glacier movement, and volcanic activity 才是可以并列的啊?还有就是我只查到reach for的用法,有没有reach of的用法啊?情指教.

D是明显不对的。since 必须引导一个完整的句子，包括主谓宾，（不同于because of）, 但在选项 D 里面，是找不到谓语的，只有that 引导的一个从句，以及一个现在分词结构（putting gold。。。。。）。 within reach of 是比较常见的，这里的reach作名词，意为“可及的范围”

对，直接从ｓｉｎｃｅ的用法就可以判断了
