我刚刚看到有帖子说工作时间长，被拒了，什么的。天啊，我工作时间已有7年了，是不是risk很高啊！

我也是，工作时间有点长了，而且title也不高。
不过我听说五六十岁的都有，怕什么。

7年其实挺长的。在essay里好好说明白念MBA是不是为了switch career还是其他原因，另外说清楚这7年的自己成长的过程，是不是一路发展都有明确的目标，念完MBA后具体又想做什么，这些都要好好说清楚的。不然我个人觉得7年时间有些长了。

7 years is not too long but you better have a very good idea why you want to have an MBA. You want to show them the value of the MBA to you and what you can bring to the MBA program with your 7 years of experience. I know several people in their 30's getting their MBAs.

Unfortunately HBS and Stanford like young and inexperienced people. For all other schools you will be fine as long as you have a good story to tell (in your essays).
