1.as表示对比的时候只能+clause

2.指代要一直，e中control不能widely distributed

我想，第二题E错因为那个it代表的是control,不符合原意

第一个是as的对称结构

it 为形式主语，B 中 it 指代 (to prevent crimes against property as those against a person) is as difficult. 错了吧
E 中 两个 it 作形式主语 ( to prevent crimes against property) is as difficult as (to prevent those against a person).
