B选项 a moderate alcohol consumption, perticularly red wine,不对，后面应该是perticularly red wine consumption

C选项which就近指代red wine，被动比较awkward。

D选项与B选项错误类似

E选项总的感觉不对，同时患有和BD类似的错误。

A选项and perticularly of red wine是做插入成分，补全了应该是and perticularly consumption of red wine。相对而言就A好一些，但是这个and个人也觉得比较多余~~
