本人国内普通学校本科经济学毕业，大学中拿过不少奖学金，GPA应该不会太低（具体的还没去换算过）。大二作为交换学生到美国的一普通学校（Western Kentucky University)交流学习了一学期,那期间的GPA是3.3.那边的教授答应会给我写推荐信，不知道这有没有帮助。在国内商业银行已经工作一年（到2009年入学时应该满足两年的工作经验），做的都是些比较基础的贷款、理财、结算类业务，没太多管理经验。GMAT680,TOEFL94,如果申请50-100的学校有没有望呢？能不能拿到全奖呢？

自己搜了一下学校，现在考虑这几个学校，大家帮忙看看有没有望拿全奖啊？U of Miami, North Carolina State University, U of San Francisco, Texas Christian U, Miami U, U of Oklahoma, U of California-Riverside

scores are quite on the average of these schools

2 years exp. is eligible for top 50 but on the weaker side

it'll be a bit hard to win full-scholarship, but you can still try it

for the choice of recommender

it's preferable from work-related immediate supervisors

since it's more reflective of your professional capacity, given MBA is a management training

academic recommender or more then 3 years back are principally treated as "non-reflective"

on your managerial potential evaluation

谢谢楼上的指点~~~我知道2年的工作经验不会占什么优势，所以我也没指望TOP50，所以我想50-100的有没有可能拿全奖。

至于推荐信，很多学校不是都要求既要有academic 又要有 professional的嘛，所以我是想除了那边教授的推荐信，再加上这边工作的推荐信，不知道这样有没有望在50-100之间的学校拿个全奖呢？

and most of them explicitly discourage academic recommenders

unless applicants have specific outstanding performance in academy

since they want to evaluate your professional capabilities and candidacy for management training
