A certain city with a population of 132,000 is to be divided into 11 voting districts, and no district is to have a population that is more than 10 percent greater than the population of any other district. What is the minimum possible population that the least populated district could have?

(A) 10,700

(B) 10,800

(D) 11,000

(E) 11,100

按我的思路求出来的不在答案选项里, 请教NN们，谢谢！

这个题目首先要想到一点，问的是最少的人数，那么怎样才能达到最多？必然是10个都是最小，那么剩下的一个就是最多，而且根据题意，那个最多的人数不能超过其他的10％，不能超过也就是说，充其量就是等于，所以就假设其他都是X，那么这个就是X（1＋10％）
所以列出一个式子就是X＊10＋X（1＋10％）＝132000就可以得除啦，答案应该是D

因为N的平方可以被72整除，所以说N＊N必然包含了72中所有的因数。那么可以把72分解质因数，72＝2＊2＊2＊3＊3，由这个可以分析出来，72＝2＊(2^2)*(3^2)，还有一个2不能配成一个正整数的平方，所以说N＊N至少要是72的2倍，所以说N＝2＊2＊3＝12，所以就可以求出来了。希望可以帮到楼主，加油！！

我发现有点问题：应该是10个district尽量大，1个小，才能得出可能最少的人数11000：
设最小为X,
x+1.1x*10=132000, x=11000
是吧？

同意楼上的解释。要得到最小的值，则另外10个应该尽可能的大。
