什么意思，我怎么做的是（K%-M%）/M%？？？

15、题目的表述有重复。
列个公式你试试： {[（1+K%）*P]/[（1+M%）*E）-P/E}/（P/E），其中将K%，变成K/100
16、就是所有的数中，分解成质因子相乘，其中2的指数，谁的最大。
40=2^3 *5 在所有列出的数字中，2的指数最大是3，所以选C
