为什么选d. 我觉得反而加强了啊，中说的是other state, 不是florida，到other state 的多了，到florida的就少了

关键是这句话基数是the people who moved from one state to another when they retired, 也就是总数

题目意思是到佛州,也就是整个总数的比例减少了比如原先10% 现在只有8% 但是如果原先总数只有10000人现在增长到了13000

所以说真正到佛州的人数未必减少

D说的就是这个意思 The total number of people who retired and moved to another state for their retirement has increased significantly over the past ten years.
