答案是E，但是我觉得选D，理由是它是建立在酒里面没有其他东西引起过敏反应。而答案E，跟他们生产的AMOUNT有什么关系呢？

说说我的想法吧：E的意思好像是在这些厂商生产的酒中，不会自然产生足够多S这个东西以至于引起某些人过敏。这个选项如果去掉not看，就变成了即便厂商不添加S，这东西也会自发生成导致人们过敏。于是S不会自发形成就是人们可以喝这些厂商的酒的必要条件了。

至于D，我觉得和A有相似之处，大概都是说除了S不会有别的东西导致过敏。但是文中指的是那些专门对S过敏的人，可以喝不含S的酒。我觉得他们并不对除了S之外的东西过敏，所以即便有其他东西可能是致敏物，但是这些人并不会受影响。所以这两个应该是无关选项吧。
