money order payable to USC。哪位牛牛给讲下这是啥意思呀？是寄支票或者汇票给学校么？那学校也

应该给个收款人名称和账号呀。

i am not NN, it mean u need to write a personal check or go to bank to get money order, in China u can go to bank of China and ask to write a cheque or a traveller's cheque in US dollar(how much:like $500) paying to USC, and u need to pay the bank equivalent RMB.
