be likely to do sth.是正确的固定搭配且用这个动词形式比have...要好；advices后面用that 从句更好；再说D,E being,having 都有问题。

记住一个在英语比较句式的表达吧，这个在语法里很受用的。
英语的表达习惯是 .....a.... is more..... than ....b.... in....(aspect)....

汉语翻译：在......方面，a 比 b 更容易......
(B) they are twice as likely as White women to get osteoarthritis of the knee

这个部分，完全符合这种结构。

（Ａ）的思维是受到我们汉语句式的影响了。
