technology，这个东西放在can前面难道是做主语么，b的解构明显不对

That 从句放在句首当然可以做主语.OG得解释里也说了.

that從句可做主語
B的grammatically incomplete, 我看不出...可是to be at fault的表達在B不清楚...不知道是誰at fault....
