If 1050 _ 74 is writeen as an integer in base 10 natation, what is the sum of the digits in that integer?

A. 424 B. 433 C. 440 D.449 E.467

what doest the subject mean by saying that "in base 10 natation", how to solve this problem?

就是1后面50个零，减去74后，前面有48个9，最后两位是26， 999999.......999926, 48*9+2+6=440。
